  • One-to-one counselling for adults

    • Sessions are 1 hour long and take place weekly at my home in South-East London (SE18).

    • You can choose between face-to-face sessions and online sessions. Both are £50 but some concessionary rates are available.

    • I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if we want to work together.

    • Both short-term counselling and long-term therapy are available.

    • Students and qualified counsellors are both welcome.

Please note: I am an accredited counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychology (BACP) and work in accordance with their Code of Ethics.

How It Works

I work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sessions are available between 9am and 7pm.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cash, before or directly after the session.

Sometimes, you might need to cancel or move a session. If I have more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge for this.
